The Deepening Personal Practice (DPP) immersion is open to all students who are serious about deepening their yoga practice, and sustaining a consistent home-practice.

At least 1-year of maintaining a consistent, personal yoga practice at home; or enrollment in this DPP Immersion, is a pre-requisite for Niroga’s Certified Yoga Teacher Training program.

With this Immersion:

  • You will learn strategies to safely and effectively incorporate a daily home-practice of yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation, into your life
  • You will develop confidence and proficiency in customizing your personal practice to meet your physical and emotional needs
  • You will deepen your experience of yoga, and your connection with yourself and others.

In addition to the two Saturday trainings, and special assignment, you will have the opportunity to reinforce your personal practice by having access to unlimited yoga classes at Niroga studio for the month of August.
