John Friend and Anusara teachers raise money for Niroga Programs

Last weekend John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga, taught a benefit class to  the Bay Area Anusara Yoga teachers in order to raise money for Niroga Institute. He also matched what the teachers donated, raising a total of $2,300 for Niroga. Thanks to Yoga Tree Castro for providing the space.
