Abdominal Twisting
Savasana: 5 minutes, observing your breath.
Bend knees towards chest and move through Abdominal twisting, 8 times on each side. Move to your breath, inhaling, bringing the knees up, exhaling the knees over to the side.
After 8 rounds, lie still in the twist on each side for 12 breaths.
When finished, hug knees towards chest.
