Back to Ado Muka, and shake out right leg.

Back to Ado Muka, and shake out left leg.
Jump to seated and Sit in Sukhasana again for 5 minutes, observing your breath at the tip of your nose.
Last week I went with Antonia to her class at the Alameda County Juvenile Justice Center (ACJJC). She asked one of her students if they could remember the pose of the week, and one young gentleman raised his hand, and as if he was saying his own name, he just let the words roll of his tounge, and proudly exclaimed: “Eka Pada Rajakapotasana!”. I was in shock, i thought to myself, I don’t know if i could say that out loud as well as he did. I thank him for the inspiration to continue my learning of sanskrit.
It was pretty cool.
