Simple Grounding Sequence: Seated Asanas

Sit quietly and comfortably for five minutes observing your breath

Dandasana (Staff Pose):  5 breaths

Paschimotanasana (Seated forward bend, Western Stretch) : 10 breaths

Purvottanasana (Eastern Stretch): 5-8 breaths

Dandasana (staff pose): 5 breaths

Savasana (corps pose): 5 minutes
