Navasana (Boat Pose)

Sukhasana (Easy Pose): 5 minutes
10 Surya Namaskar (SN)(any variation)
On tenth SN jump to seated from Ado Mukha.
Navasana: 10 breaths
Inhale, cross ankles, exhale, press palms into floor, and lift bottom off the ground, sit back down.
Inhale: Navasana: 10 breaths
Repeat sequence four times.
Sukhasana: 5 minutes
