5 rounds Surya Namaskar (any variation)
Stay in Ado Mukha Shvanasana at end of 5th Surya Namaskar for 5 breaths, jump to seated.
Go up into Sirsasana and stay for 20 breaths.
Come down and rest in Balasana for 1 minute (Child’s pose)
Savasana: 5 minutes
