Logistics

  • Class
    • Class meets every other Saturday: noon - 6pm, Sept 25, 2010 - May 22, 2011; winter break from Dec 19 - Jan 14
  • Location
    • Classes are held at the Niroga Center at 1808 University Ave. (@ Grant), Berkeley, CA 94703
  • Commitment
    • Must try to attend all bi-weekly Saturday sessions; make-ups to be discussed individually with faculty
    • Bi-weekly assignments (4 hours/assignment)
    • Attend designated yoga classes twice a week: Choose from Monday and Wednesday 6pm and 7:30pm classes, as well as Tuesday and Thursday 7.30pm classes (view schedule)
    • Regular practice of Yoga, Breathing Techniques, and Meditation
  • Fees
    • Fees include all classes, instruction, books, and materials.
    • Total Fees: $3000.00
    • Payment Plan:
      $500.00 non refundable deposit due with acceptance
      $2500.00 due by September 11; payment plans available (please contact Niroga office: )
